Thank you for choosing Millennials Coffee!

  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Weekdays may not ship until the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Weekends may not ship until Monday.

  • Once your order is being processed, we are unable to make changes to it.

  • A separate email will be sent to confirm when your order has shipped.

🔁 Return Policy – 15 Days

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

  • We only accept returns for items that arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.

  1. Use your own shipping method with tracking and insurance.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


💳 Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued as a store gift card.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply (excluding shipping charges).

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing.

  • Refunds for erroneous purchases may be:

    • 50% refund (excluding shipping) to your original payment method, or

    • 100% store credit


📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  1. Inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. Take photos of both the packaging and the contents.

  3. Email us the documentation at:

We will assist in filing a claim with the freight company.
