Please be aware that all other orders placed after 11:00 am GMT/UTC-4 hours may not ship until the next business day. We move quickly and given that your order is already in our store to be processed, we can not make any changes. You will receive a separate email after your order ships. Watch out for any merchandise that will ship separately as we do ship from several warehouses. To guarantee your order, all back ordered merchandise will be charged at this time and will ship as soon as they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping on backordered items. Millennials Coffee will gladly accept the return of any product that the customer has received with any Damage. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

*Important Note: All Electrical equipments and Books are NOT eligible for return.

All sales are final on this merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our facilities. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back directly to the credit card or other payment method that was used for the original order. In special cases, you may receive a credit on your account to be used within 90 days or a refund via PayPal or ACH. Please consult a Customer Service Representative for more details regarding a special case, vía email returns@millennialscoffeepr.net.


Millennials Coffee accepts returns up to 30 days from the time it was purchased. Please, contact us first at returns@millennialscoffeepr.net before any return, we want to make it right for you. Some returns shall be sent to the original distributor. We will send you specific instructions for your merchandise return.

For merchandise sent back to us, use the address below and use your own shipping method (RMA # is required). We will send to you a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be included in your return package. You are responsible for all tracking information and insurance. Millennials Coffee is not liable for return shipments. All other policies apply.

Please, contact us first at returns@millennialscoffeepr.net before the return, to obtain a return authorization (RAN) number before returning your product. We will send you specific instructions for your merchandise return.

Pay attention to the details:

If you buy an erroneous product, you must follow the instructions that will be sent to your email once you contact us.

You need to return the products in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging in order to avoid being charged with additional fees for returning the product incomplete or damage.

You may receive either (A) to fifty percent (50%) refund (excluding shipping), which will be issued back to the credit card or payment method used to place the order, or (B) a one hundred percent (100%) refund (excluding shipping) in the form of store credit to be used in any other products or services.

Additional you will be charged for a Restocking Fee of 10% of the product price plus the shipping charge to our facilities.



  1. Prior to signing receipt of your shipment, carefully inspect the box or boxes for any damage. If you see damage you must mark the delivery receipt accordingly. It is recommended to take pictures of the outside of the box and the inside of the box. Then unpack the contents to ensure there is no concealed damage or missing items.
  2. E-mail returns@millennialscoffeepr.net the above documentation and we will be happy to work with the freight company to process a damage claim. Millennials Coffee is limited to assist when working with your freight forwarder.

Contact our Customer Support team at returns@millennialscoffeepr.net and we will coordinate a reorder to ship the correct merchandise at no additional cost to you. We may also provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and request an immediate return of the incorrectly received merchandise. To avoid additional charges, the incorrectly received merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the prepaid return shipping label. All regular return policies still apply. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging in order to avoid being charged.


Our goal is to offer the highest quality products within the specialty coffee trade. We guarantee a full refund or replacement of all defective products at no additional cost to you. Most merchandise has a specified limited warranty and will be dealt with accordingly. Our first step will be to coordinate a replacement directly with the manufacturer at no additional cost.
